Kristofer Hansen CCIM, CPM is the Broker/Owner of XB Realty. Krist has been working in the commercial real estate field for over ten years actively involved with acquisitions, property management, development, appraisal, and real estate consulting.              

Krist is uniquely qualified to work on both sides of the border being a U.S. citizen and a Canadian permanent resident.  Born and raised in Oregon where he owned a  property management, acquisition, and development company before moving to Bellingham, Washington near the Canadian border, Krist now lives in British Columbia, Canada where he assists clients with their commercial real estate needs on both sides of the border. 

Through XB Realty based in Blaine, Washington we are able to assist Canadian clients with their U.S. real estate needs.  We work with Canadian businesses and individual investors looking to expand into the U.S. market or dispose of U.S. real estate holdings. Krist is also vice-president of Quantum Properties Inc. and president and managing broker of Quantum Realty Inc. a developer of condo and commercial properties located in Abbotsford, British Columbia.
